Multi-Million Motorcycle Accident Settlement
Our client, a motorcyclist wearing proper safety gear, was struck by an 83-year-old driver who failed to yield. As a result of the crash, our client—who was a licensed pilot—sustained head injuries that ultimately disqualified him from passing the required flight medical exam and ultimately disqualified him from his long career as a pilot. A slow-bleed hemorrhage, which went undetected initially, was later discovered when he began experiencing balance and mobility issues.
Attorney Shalimar Wallis and her team conducted only three depositions before submitting a policy limits demand, which was accepted by a prudent defense attorney resulting in a multi-million dollar settlement. Had the case proceeded further, the outcome would have been overwhelmingly in our client’s favor. Seven Figure Product Liability Settlement

Our client purchased a UTV from a local motorsports store for their family to enjoy together. At the store employees’ suggestion, the standard-issue seatbelt was replaced with a four-point racing harness. No instruction or warning about the harness of any kind was provided. They were driving the UTV, attempted to cross through a stream, and it became stuck in a puddle causing it to sink. Due to its complicated design and lack of any instruction, warning, or training, their ten-year-old son was unable to escape from the racing harness and, unfortunately, drowned.
