Bailey VanNatta is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from Baylor University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Legal Reasoning and Analysis. Bailey then attended Baylor Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2022.

Bailey VanNatta is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from Baylor University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Legal Reasoning and Analysis. Bailey then attended Baylor Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2022.

During her undergraduate studies at Baylor, Bailey was a member of Baylor’s undergraduate moot court team, winning numerous awards throughout her time on the team. Bailey also served as an officer for Baylor’s Pre-Law Society and International Justice Mission chapter.

While at Baylor Law, Bailey completed Professional Tracks in General Civil Litigation and Family Law Practice. Bailey joined Watts Guerra (Guerra LLP’s predecessor) in May 2020 as a Law Clerk and worked for the firm throughout her second and third years of law school. In addition to her studies, Bailey served as an officer for Baylor’s Public Interest Legal Society and Phi Alpha Delta chapter and was also a member of the Student Wellness Organization. While at Baylor Law, Bailey completed Baylor Law’s rigorous Practice Court program, giving her the necessary litigation skills and experience to represent Guerra clients.

Bailey is very dedicated to pro bono service. She completed over 150 hours of pro bono and public service work during law school. Bailey was involved in several law school clinics, including the Baylor Law Veterans Clinic, Estate Planning Clinic, and Trial Advocacy Clinic. In 2021, she was awarded the Veterans Clinic’s Boots on the Ground award as the Baylor Law Student with the most significant contribution to the Veterans Clinic. Alongside her clinical work, she served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children who had been victims of abuse and neglect. She also completed a year-long externship with the American Bar Association helping create free online legal help solutions for those in need.

Bailey is licensed to practice in the state courts of Texas, Illinois, New Mexico, and Arizona. She is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, the District of New Mexico, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
