Multi-Million Motorcycle Accident Settlement

Our client, a motorcyclist wearing proper safety gear, was struck by an 83-year-old driver who failed to yield. As a result of the crash, our client—who was a licensed pilot—sustained head injuries that ultimately disqualified him from passing the required flight medical exam and ultimately disqualified him from his long career as a pilot. A slow-bleed hemorrhage, which went undetected initially, was later discovered when he began experiencing balance and mobility issues.

Seven Figure Trucking Accident Settlement

Our clients unavoidably hit the defendant tractor-trailer driver after the driver fell asleep, ran off the road, and overcorrected causing the truck to lay down blocking all lanes of traffic in an unlit location. Seven Figure Product Liability Settlement

When our attorneys help our clients, they immerse themselves and fiercely advocate for justice, and for the past four years, Attorney Erin Rogiers has been fighting.

Our client purchased a UTV from a local motorsports store for their family to enjoy together. At the store employees’ suggestion, the standard-issue seatbelt was replaced with a four-point racing harness. No instruction or warning about the harness of any kind was provided. They were driving the UTV, attempted to cross through a stream, and it became stuck in a puddle causing it to sink. Due to its complicated design and lack of any instruction, warning, or training, their ten-year-old son was unable to escape from the racing harness and, unfortunately, drowned.

Rideshare Auto Accident Settlement

Rideshares are supposed to be a safe alternative to driving. The rider enters the vehicle under the assumption that the driver is not impaired and will drive cautiously, but that does not always happen.

Our client was a backseat passenger in a rideshare vehicle when the driver pulled out from a stop sign into cross traffic causing an accident. The driver was functioning on less than an adequate amount of sleep as there was evidence that he drove until after 2 am the previous shift and began driving again at 7 am that same day up until 6 pm when the crash occurred. On top of the sleep deprivation impairment from the driver, he also failed to ensure that our client was properly belted in before departing which resulted in our client experiencing head and neck injuries from the accident.
