In a hard-fought battle against the defense, Attorneys Jennifer Neal, Mike Murray, and Julie Matsen demanded justice and received a 2.25 MILLION DOLLAR settlement for their clients.
Our clients were driving a pickup truck with a ball hitch on the back. Another truck pulling a heavy water tank rear-ended our clients while weaving in and out of traffic. The accident appeared minor because there was only a small amount of damage to the bumper of our client’s pickup.
But dashcam footage showed the real story. The force of the crash was, for the most part, absorbed by the ball hitch. This didn’t stop the force of the sudden impact from traveling through the frame of the pickup, tossing the occupants around, and causing our clients severe neck and back injuries.
