Jennifer Neal was born and raised in the small town of La Vernia, Texas. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Texas and Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law, magna cum laude.

During law school, Jennifer clerked for the predecessor of Guerra LLP and interned for the Honorable Edward C. Prado of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Justice Marialyn Barnard of the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio. After admission to the bar, Jennifer was selected to serve a two-year term as law clerk to Federal Magistrate Judge Henry J. Bemporad of the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division. Upon completion of her federal clerkship, Jennifer rejoined the predecessor of Guerra LLP in October 2019.
Jennifer’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, premises liability, and commercial auto cases. She also represents hundreds of families related to living conditions in privatized military housing. Jennifer is a firm believer in protecting the right to a trial by jury and volunteers significant time advocating for consumers and those who are injured at the hands of others.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, collecting vinyl, and spending time with her husband, Robert, and their dogs, Hank, Alex, and Bia.
