1.45 Million Dollar Auto Accident Settlement

2.25 Million Dollar Auto Accident Settlement

In a hard-fought battle against the defense, Attorneys Jennifer Neal, Mike Murray, and Julie Matsen demanded justice and received a 2.25 MILLION DOLLAR settlement for their clients.

Our clients were driving a pickup truck with a ball hitch on the back. Another truck pulling a heavy water tank rear-ended our clients while weaving in and out of traffic. The accident appeared minor because there was only a small amount of damage to the bumper of our client’s pickup.

But dashcam footage showed the real story. The force of the crash was, for the most part, absorbed by the ball hitch. This didn’t stop the force of the sudden impact from traveling through the frame of the pickup, tossing the occupants around, and causing our clients severe neck and back injuries. Multi-Million Motorcycle Accident Settlement

Our client, a motorcyclist wearing proper safety gear, was struck by an 83-year-old driver who failed to yield. As a result of the crash, our client—who was a licensed pilot—sustained head injuries that ultimately disqualified him from passing the required flight medical exam and ultimately disqualified him from his long career as a pilot. A slow-bleed hemorrhage, which went undetected initially, was later discovered when he began experiencing balance and mobility issues.

Attorney Shalimar Wallis and her team conducted only three depositions before submitting a policy limits demand, which was accepted by a prudent defense attorney resulting in a multi-million dollar settlement. Had the case proceeded further, the outcome would have been overwhelmingly in our client’s favor. Seven Figure Trucking Accident Settlement

Our clients unavoidably hit the defendant tractor-trailer driver after the driver fell asleep, ran off the road, and overcorrected causing the truck to lay down blocking all lanes of traffic in an unlit location.
