Seven Figure Trucking Accident Settlement

The clients were traveling on the blocked road when they slammed into the truck at 55 miles per hour.

Entire Policy Limits Auto Accident Settlement

Our client was traveling down the road in Austin, Texas when the Defendant driver suddenly attempted to make a right turn from an outside left lane, violently crashing into our client. The reckless and irresponsible actions of the Defendant driver required our client to undergo years worth of extensive medical treatment, including multiple surgeries.

Compounding our client’s injuries further, Defendants in this case failed to offer reasonable compensation to the client, fighting responsibility every step of the way. The Defendants’ opposition to taking responsibility resulted in the prior law firm taking on our client’s case, but dropping the case once it became apparent that it would be a long, arduous road ahead in order to get the client the justice he so rightfully deserved.

Then, Jorge Mares and David Fuentes stepped in. Upon taking the case, Jorge and David worked tirelessly, and aggressively, to maximize pressure on the Defendants and get our client the justice he had long been entitled to. Six Figure Rideshare Settlement

Rideshares call for passengers to put their trust in drivers they have never met before in the hopes that they will arrive at their destination safely, but unfortunately, that does not always happen.

Our client, a combat veteran, was seriously injured in a collision while driving to work when a rideshare driver made an unprotected left turn in front of him, resulting in a T-bone impact. The crash aggravated our client’s pre-existing neck, back, and knee injuries, necessitating surgery and rendering him unable to perform his job duties.

Double Settlements for Attorney Jorge Mares

Attorney, Jorge Mares, is entering 2024 with a *bang!* Recently Jorge led his team in settling two policy limit cases which provided justice to our clients.

In a recent victory, Attorneys Jorge Mares and Chloe Shrode, and their team, put the pedal to the metal and forced the insurance carrier to tender the full insurance policy of $1,250,000.00 early in the litigation process in a case where our client was required to have surgery after being involved in a crash caused by the driver of her vehicle. Their refusal to take their eyes off the goal resulted in our client obtaining justice.

In addition to that settlement, Jorge along with Attorney David Fuentes, and their team, refused to sleep and never laid off the offense in their work ethic. Their passion for justice resulted in forcing an insurance company to tender their full policy limits of $500,000.00 in a case where a company vehicle driver fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into our client.
