Big-Impact Auto Accident Settlement

Congratulations to attorneys Shalimar Wallis and David Fuentes along with their team for settling this big-impact auto accident case!

As we all experience on a regular basis, our client was driving down the highway when traffic started to slow. He slowed his vehicle in order to follow the change in the traffic pattern when he was abruptly struck by Defendant’s vehicle. The Defendant driver, who was distracted, failed to notice the change in the speed of the surrounding traffic. As a result of defendant’s recklessness, our young client was violently rear-ended at a significant speed, causing extensive neck and back injuries. These injuries are particularly traumatic when experienced by someone so young. Our client will feel the effects of his injuries for his entire life.

Our legal team applied constant pressure to the Defendants through in-depth legal research, establishing a clear liability, and by forging unmalleable terms, which forced the Defendants to settle at mediation. Way to fight for the client and deliver a result that provided justice!

Reckless Driving Auto Accident Settlement

Attorneys Rebecca Page and Lance Kimbro along with their team created a strong foundation of proof to help settle a case for our client who was a victim of reckless driving.

The defendant, a commercial truck driver, was driving egregiously weaving in and out of traffic while merging on and off the highway. The driver attempted to go straight through an intersection in a left turn-only lane which ultimately caused him to crash into our client. Through meticulous groundwork, our team was able to find video footage that supported the defendant’s dangerous driving, resulting in a settlement for our client.

Double Settlements for Attorney Jorge Mares

Attorney, Jorge Mares, is entering 2024 with a *bang!* Recently Jorge led his team in settling two policy limit cases which provided justice to our clients.

In a recent victory, Attorneys Jorge Mares and Chloe Shrode, and their team, put the pedal to the metal and forced the insurance carrier to tender the full insurance policy of $1,250,000.00 early in the litigation process in a case where our client was required to have surgery after being involved in a crash caused by the driver of her vehicle. Their refusal to take their eyes off the goal resulted in our client obtaining justice.

In addition to that settlement, Jorge along with Attorney David Fuentes, and their team, refused to sleep and never laid off the offense in their work ethic. Airport Shuttle Auto Accident Settlement

Airport shuttles are a convenient way to transport when you are looking to get to and from the airport. Passengers enter the vehicle under the assumption that they will be safely transported to their destination, but that is not always the case.

Our client was a passenger on a shuttle traveling to his destination when the driver abruptly stopped causing him to fall out of his seat. He sustained serious injuries due to the fall.
