In their most recent settlement, Jennifer Neal, David Fuentes, and Bailey VanNatta took on a large, sophisticated corporation that entered into a mentor-protégé agreement, under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Mentor-Protégé Program, with a small, minority-owned business.
Unfortunately, this large corporation took advantage of the minority-owned small business and failed to abide by the terms of this mentor-protégé agreement, which resulted in extreme financial hardship to our client.
Despite facing an uphill battle, Jennifer and her team’s tireless efforts ensured that our client received the justice to which they were rightfully entitled. This case is a testament to what happens when hard work meets relentlessness!
Congratulations to Jennifer and her team!
