Our client was traveling down the road in Austin, Texas when the Defendant driver suddenly attempted to make a right turn from an outside left lane, violently crashing into our client. The reckless and irresponsible actions of the Defendant driver required our client to undergo years worth of extensive medical treatment, including multiple surgeries.
