We’re proud to share that Paola González Hernández, a dedicated attorney who has served as a member of our Mass Tort/Complex Litigation team since 2021, has been named Director of Mass Torts and Complex Litigation at Guerra LLP. Paola succeeds Alicia O’Neill, who held the role from 2019 to present, and who now serves as General Counsel to the firm. Paola worked directly under Alicia her entire tenure at the firm, and the two will continue to work closely together.
Since joining the firm, Paola has played a central role in driving forward some of the country’s most significant fire cases, including the Camp and Tubbs Fires (FVT), Kincade, Archie Creek, Bobcat, Slater, Hermits Peak, McBride, Maui, Eaton, and Panhandle Fires. Her work spans the full litigation process, from intake and legal strategy to expert development, mediation, and case resolution, on behalf of thousands of clients.
From wildfires to class actions, Paola has proven herself as a fierce and relentless advocate. With deep experience and unmatched drive, she’s helped build our powerhouse litigation team, and now she’s leading it.
In her new role, Paola will continue to represent our clients with the same dedication and tenacity she’s always shown, while also leading the firm’s wildfire litigation, mass tort cases, and other complex, high stakes matters. Her leadership reflects the values that define our work: fearless advocacy, strategic precision, and a deep commitment to the individuals and communities we serve.
Please join us in congratulating Paola on this well-earned promotion.
