Represented by Frank Guerra, Jennifer Neal, Paola González Hernández, and Bailey VanNatta of Guerra LLP, a growing group of South Texas homeowners is holding SpaceX accountable for what they allege is real, repeated damage to their homes caused by the company’s Starship rocket launches.
Roughly 80 residents have filed suit, alleging that SpaceX’s operations have physically impacted surrounding communities well beyond the boundaries of its launch site. Homeowners report experiencing violent vibrations strong enough to shake entire structures, broken windows, structural cracking, and ongoing disturbances that interfere with the use and enjoyment of their homes.
Frank, Jennifer, Paola, Bailey, and their team are working hard to hold large corporations like SpaceX accountable by reinforcing that innovation does not provide a free pass to cause harm.
