What do you do when the power goes out for traffic lights at an intersection? According to the Texas Transportation Code, the intersection is to revert to a four-way stop meaning that the first car to arrive has the right of way. If two cars arrive at the same time, the car on the left lets the car on the right go first.
Attorneys Rebecca Page and Bailey VanNatta along with their team dove deep into their legal research and built a strong case for our client who was involved in an accident when an intersection’s traffic lights were out. Their relentless work ethic and methodology for exploring every aspect of law was rewarded when they were able to settle with the defense for a high six-figure settlement for their client.
Finding an attorney after an accident who is not afraid to put in the work to ensure their client’s interests are upheld can be stressful. Attorneys like Rebecca and Bailey eliminate that stress because they do not back down from a challenge and are always ready to go to battle to help their client. Their diligent work helped this case efficiently move through the legal system so that their client was able to quickly obtain the justice they deserved. Keep fighting the good fight, team!
