Our client, a cancer survivor, simply wanted to celebrate life, but instead suffered preventable injuries. While walking through a dealership intending to purchase a motorcycle commemorating his enduring and ultimately victorious fight against cancer, our client fell off an unmarked ledge, suffering significant injuries.
Through diligent discovery, Lance and Alexis uncovered that six others had been injured the same way over the past five years at this location, yet the hazard was never addressed by the Defendant. Our team knew that they had to make it their mission to not let another injury occur and to obtain justice for our client.
