Our client was lawfully entering an intersection with the right of way, when another driver, working and driving a company truck, recklessly ran a red light, crashing into our client’s vehicle. This careless act resulted in severe injuries, requiring over two years of medical treatment and surgery.
The at-fault driver’s employer failed to provide any driving training whatsoever to their driver and showed no accountability—allowing the driver back on the road without any discipline on the same day of the crash.
This was not a case easily won. In response to the defendant’s lack of cooperation, our team went before the Court to successfully challenge their attempt to withhold critical evidence. We fought to make sure that all necessary information came to light.
