Dashboard cameras are set in place to help hold drivers accountable and encourage safe driving. These technological tools can sometimes be key evidence in a car accident to help determine how an accident occurred and who the at-fault party is.
In this case, a company vehicle was caught failing to yield to the right of way on camera, by another motorist. This traffic violation led to a chain of events that resulted in a violent crash that was fortunately all recorded. The vehicle that had the right of way swerved to avoid hitting the company vehicle and ended up hitting our clients who were waiting innocently at a stop light.
