Meredith has represented adult and minor survivors of sexual abuse against a variety of individuals and entities, including tech conglomerates like Uber, youth sports industries, employers and high-profile individuals.
In the mass tort world, Meredith has participated in wildfire litigation against PG&E and Xcel Energy, litigated against opioid manufacturers and distributors in In re National Prescription Opiate Litig, and has been involved in various other mass torts.
Most recently, Meredith was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in In re: Uber Technologies, Passenger Sexual Assault Litigation, where she represents individuals who have been sexually assaulted by Uber drivers.
Outside of work, Meredith serves on the board of Magdalene House, a survivor-led therapeutic community supporting women who have experienced sex trafficking.
