Jessica Reine Peisen is a South Texas native. She was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and went to high school in McAllen, Texas. Jessica’s connection with Guerra LLP and desire to become an attorney began in 2009 when she found herself in need of help after a tragic situation where she lost her father due to an aviation accident. She saw the dedication that the attorneys had to her case which inspired her to pursue a legal career.

With her father in mind, she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology with a minor in Legal Studies at Texas Tech University, graduating Cum Laude in 2018. In 2021 she completed her goal of becoming an attorney and obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University.
Having experienced the loss of her father in an aviation accident, Jessica has a profound and unique understanding of the devastating loss our families experience after losing a loved one. Jessica’s unwavering commitment to hold corporations accountable is ingrained in everything she does and her drive and determination enable her to provide the best representation for her clients.
Jessica specializes in civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, and mass tort cases. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and an active member in her community as a board of directors member of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Young Lawyers’ Association.
