Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Alexandria “Alex” Rios received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

During law school, Alex clerked full-time for Guerra LLP and its predecessor. As a law student and single mother, she successfully balanced a demanding academic schedule, professional responsibilities, and motherhood. In school, Alex was also an active member of organizations such as Lawtina and the Hispanic Law Students’ Association.
As a second-generation attorney, Alex learned at an early age that dedicated and effective advocacy can profoundly help clients move forward after life-altering experiences. Alex strives to seek justice for those injured and their families. She has a deep passion for serving others, particularly those unfamiliar with and intimidated by the legal process.
